To users, donators, agents/affiliates, and subsidiaries, by using our service, Donoalerts.com, or we can be referred to as Horizon Build, you agree that although the service works, at any moment the Internet may lose connection to but not limited from packet lost on our end and/or another service provider’s end. Therefore, if Donoalerts.com’s service, Alerts (Text to Speech and/or Media Share), does not follow through on our end, the Alert can be replayed. Donoalerts.com does not take fees from the donation/tip, as we have separate charges for fees and processing. These fees are in part for payment processing and services such as including but not limited to agents or affiliates that helps promote Donoalerts.com. Any misuse or attempt to misuse Donoalerts.com or it’s service providers will have their user or account, or affiliation suspended at an indefinite time or terminated with or without notice. Any fraud or attempt to defraud Donoalerts.com or use Donoalerts.com to commit fraud will have their accounts immediately terminated and subjected to the proper authorities with or without notice. Any repeated or attempts to repeat chargebacks/refunds will have their account terminated with or without notice. Accounts are limited to one active account. Any unpaid fees are subject to service suspension or termination with or without notice. Accounts of any type (agents, affiliations, streamers, etc.) that have been deemed inactive or have been inactive for six months or more maybe suspended or terminated without notice. Any negative balance due to but not limited from chargebacks and fees, will have their Account reimburse us from new or previous earnings effective immediately. If chargebacks and it's fees are reimbursed by the original card holder's bank, the effected Account will be reimbursed after any fees owed. Any fees that are not paid after 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Donoalerts.com is indefinite and can dissolve or be acquired at anytime. Donoalerts.com makes no guarantees or warrants any services or changes in services. The terms of Donoalerts.com is, but not limited to the subjection of these terms, and may change at anytime without notice. CashApp payments maybe more anonymous, otherwise with other payment systems, only the donator's email is disclosed to the Account holder after purchase for communication. The donator's name, address, IP, and bank information are not disclosed to the account holder, unless there is a chargeback which requires banks to disclose the information and open an arbitration. We encourage the donator to work with the Account holder if problems arises. Personal data maybe used by Google, other software parties, or us to support your experience and troubleshooting throughout this website. Donoalerts.com does not store or guarantee your personal data forever. At anytime, if Donoalerts.com ceases to exist, any personal data may be gone.
